Due to the custom, handmade nature of HRH Collection pieces, all sales are final; however, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction through our limited exchange and repair program. Please review the following steps to initiate a request for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Email our support team with your order number and clear photos of the item to request an exchange authorization.

  Awaiting Approval

  Our team will review your request to ensure the item is in its original, unworn condition with all signature packaging intact.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Once approved, securely pack your items using the original HRH Collection box to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Processing & Credit

  After we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a store credit or process your exchange within 7-10 business days.
